The Bar Method is a fun, safe, one-hour group workout that gives you long lean thighs, lifted seat, sculpted arms, and flat abs. This method provides unique non-impact exercises to target all major muscle groups while improving posture and increasing physical grace and strength, which results in a recognizable "Bar Method body." The format of the class is interval training. We target all major muscles and/or muscle groups during each class and pair each exercise with a stretch to lean out the muscles. We pride ourselves on consistency and quality by delivering personalized attention that will maximize your time and results. Take the 40 day challenge! First time clients enjoy their first 10 consecutive days for only $10. Continue on for another 30 consecutive days for $100. After your initial 40 days, clients may continue on a monthly Club Bar membership or choose class packs.
