The Story Corner (at Reading Legacies)

Reading Legacies is proud to host “the Story Corner” a local, free, community library space for families throughout San Diego!

Located on the ground floor of Barracks 15 in the southwest corner, our magical space hosts comfy chairs, cheerful staff/volunteers, and books for families to love and take home with them.

At The Story Corner, families are encouraged to deepen their relationship with reading by:
- enjoying a read-aloud experience provided by our passionate staff and volunteers,
- browsing the many books made available by generous supporters of literacy, strong families, and Reading Legacies,
- learning more about our available community programs and other opportunities throughout San Diego,
- picking up educational resources and activity sheets which will provide hours of reading fun for families with children of any age!

Come by for a visit, get lost in a book, and share your reading time with the Reading Legacies family!

Hours

Weekly open from 10am - 1pm (Monday through Thursday)
Every 3rd Saturday open from 10am - 1pm
Other times/days may be available by appointment; please contact Lucy Fragoso at lucy@readinglegacies.org, to inquire about an appointment!
