At Therapy Specialists Liberty Station, we offer a full range of rehab services that span the age-range.  From pediatrics through adults, our Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists work one-on-one with our clients, their physician and family to customize a therapy program that focuses on the “whole patient” not just the symptom. To complement therapy, home exercise instructions and programs are the cornerstone to long-term success. We are one of the few San Diego area Pediatric Therapy providers to offer all three disciplines in a single convenient location. Our Pediatric Therapy Team is comprised of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists dedicated to improving the quality of everyday life for infants, youths and adolescents experiencing developmental delays and special needs. Our treatment programs apply the most current, effective and child-friendly strategies to help children achieve age-appropriate and condition-appropriate goals, while empowering parents with home programs to make each child’s progress the best it can be!  No two children are the same, so our pediatric specialists work closely with parents, physicians and other health care professionals, to develop an individualized treatment program for each child.
