Your Path to Published: Every Step and Every Way to Get Your Book Finished and Published
What holds many would-be published authors back? Fear. The fear of writing and editing a manuscript is daunting. Equally scary are unknown parts of the publishing process, which are complicated and difficult enough to stop many potential authors in their tracks.
This workshop covers everything needed to finally make it happen—or happen again. A published book, e-book, audio book, or other form that people will buy, read, and embrace. This workshop is for both new and experienced writers who want to know about all paths to publishing and what works best for each.
We will cover the following topics:
The steps to take, which to avoid, and how to get from a book idea to a published book.
Proven publishing paths you can trust.
The tools and techniques that make writing and publishing your book better and easier than ever.
Every step from organizing and outlining your thoughts to writing and editing your manuscript to completing the production process.
Ways to save time and money if you need help with your project and a demonstration of how easy it is to do some of the steps yourself.
Learn about cover and interior design, titles and subtitles, and writing the best back cover copy.
