The Art of Grant Writing with Elaine Himelfarb

Learn about the exciting world of writing grants from an experienced professional! In this class, you will learn how to write a competitive grant proposal to support a non-profit of your choosing. Students will learn the golden rules of grant writing; common mistakes made by inexperienced grant writers; key components of grant proposals (goals, objectives, evaluation, sustainability, etc.); and how to identify and develop a relationship with grant funders. Finally, students will have the opportunity to review and vet a live grant proposal.
