Restore Your Writing (Yoga + Journaling) with Nicole Staples

A 60-minute restorative yoga and journaling experience designed specifically for writers. Through gentle, supported poses and seven carefully crafted journal prompts, one for each chakra, you’ll be invited to slow down, drop in, and let your writing flow from a deeper place. This class isn’t about perfect prose; it’s about you. We’ll move through a grounding warm-up, then alternate between restorative poses and journaling, giving your body space to soften while your words rise to the surface. Come ready to restore, reflect, and write from the soul. All props are provided including yoga mats, bolsters, and everything you need. Just bring yourself!
