What to Expect:
Our Meditating with Flowers workshop is not your typical flower arranging class. This session is a journey into mindfulness and relaxation, where the focus is on the benefits of being present and engaged in the creative process. Each hour-long session begins with a warm welcome and an introduction to the beautiful, seasonal flowers we'll be using.

Experience Meditation in Action:
From the very start, you’ll practice detachment as you prepare your flowers, letting go of stress and distractions. As you create your floral arrangement, you’ll be guided to engage all your senses, staying fully present and mindful throughout the process. This is a form of meditation in action, where your creative activity becomes a pathway to inner peace and relaxation.

Stay Present and Mindful:
Throughout the session, I will lead you through breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques to help you stay focused and present. As you immerse yourself in the beauty and texture of the flowers, you’ll find a sense of calm and tranquility that is both refreshing and restorative.

Take Home a Piece of Tranquility:
At the end of the workshop, we’ll take a moment to close our eyes and fully absorb the experience. Each participant will take home their floral arrangement, which serves as a constant reminder to enjoy the present moment and the beauty of life. The flowers will unconsciously remind you of the meditative session, helping to extend the benefits of the workshop into your daily life.
