Heritage Fire
Heritage Fire is a live-fire culinary event series bringing together chefs, farmers, ranchers, wineries, distilleries, and artisan brands for an open-air tasting experience centered around cooking with fire. Guests move freely throughout the event sampling dishes prepared over wood and flame, alongside premium wine, spirits, beer, and craft cocktails.
Each event celebrates regional culinary culture while creating direct connection between guests and the chefs behind the food. Beyond the tasting experience, Heritage Fire also features a competitive element, with participating chefs competing for a chance to advance to the Heritage Fire Grand Finale and earn the title of Heritage Hero Grand Champion.
