Drawing Cartoons 2 - Summer Art Camp

Monart drawing & mixed media day camps are a great way for kids of all skill levels to get creative over summer break! Kids will learn how to draw realistically through several summer-themed art projects, exploring a variety of subjects and working with various art materials. Neighboring music, craft, yoga & improv camps are available in our building for full-day coverage!

Camp Dates: July 28-Aug 1 (Mon-Fri)

THEME: "DRAWING CARTOONS"
In this camp we'll learn how to draw our own cartoons! We'll look at movies, TV and comics as examples of cartoon style and proportion. Various media and techniques will be used.

*This camp will feature all NEW projects, different from our first Cartoons camp.

Sr. Camp: Ages 9-12 / 9am-12pm
A 3-hour (per day) art camp designed to challenge this age group and help bring them to a new drawing skill level. These camps will incorporate a variety of drawing techniques and art mediums.

Jr. Camp: Ages 6-8 / 1pm-3pm
A 2-hour (per day) art camp where students will learn drawing fundamentals and explore a variety of art materials. A perfect environment for little artists to develop confidence, focus and fine-motor skills.
