Back-to-School Family Self-Defense Workshop
This class will be from 6-7PM at Dorothea Laub Dance Place at 2650 Truxtun Road, Suite 103.
Coach Raquel is excited to be teaching 2 Back-to-School Self Defense Workshops all day on Sunday, August 9!
In this Jiu Jitsu based Self-Defense Workshop, we will go over wrist grip breaks, holds/ escapes and choke defenses! Wear comfortable clothes and shoes (we will doing mostly stand up techniques).

Workshops are 1-Hour Long, with Class times between 1-5PM at Jensen's Point Loma, and 6-8PM in Liberty Station (2650 Truxtun Road, Suite 103)
1-Hour Workshops are $25 for 1 student, $45 for 2 students, $40 for 3 students. These classes are ideal for the whole family and recommended for Ages 3 and up!
10% of all registrations will be donated back to the San Diego School (Parent Organization) of your choice. Thanks for your support!
