ART & CRAFT SPRING CAMP

MONART & SD CRAFT have combined forces to offer parents & kids a fun & creative camp over the upcoming spring break!

DRAWING & MIXED MEDIA:
9-12 year-old campers will create mixed media drawings & paintings inspired by spring! We'll introduce a variety of fundamental drawing techniques, in addition to working with various art mediums to create vibrant & colorful works of art.

6-8 year-old campers will learn how to draw realistically, using the Monart method to break all objects down into elements of shape. These workshops are designed for children of all skill levels!

CRAFTING & WOOD WORK:
9-12 year-old campers will learn about game making & pinball machine building! Using multiple mediums and materials, campers will bring their creative ideas to life in the form of a handmade Pinball Machine! STEAM principles apply at every turn as kids learn to navigate materials to design and construct their own unique interactive games.

6-8 year old campers will explore spring-inspired crafts, blending skills and techniques across mediums. With an emphasis on woodworking, campers will create a fun, high-quality craft to take home! Campers learn tool safety, get acquainted with various woodworking hand tools & techniques, and build confidence through woodcraft.

DAILY SCHEDULE:

9AM - 11:30AM
CRAFT - Ages 9-12
DRAWING - Ages 6-8

11:30AM - 12:30PM
LUNCH - (together on lawn)

12:30PM - 3PM
CRAFT - Ages 6-8
DRAWING - Ages 9-12
