Aging Creatively Modern

This class is designed for those who want to explore movement and expression through dance, all while moving at a more gentle pace. It is a safe and careful space for any body of any age. We begin with an improvisational warm-up where exploration occurs based upon certain movement cues. As the class progresses, we learn short phrases that will enhance mobility, balance and technique as well as across the floor movement. We end by engaging in a dance combination built from the movement explored throughout class.
