Special guest alert! Instructor Chelsea Lööw is joining us from Sweden this year! Join Ms. Chelsea for fun seasonal crafts & handmaking!
This monthly series is inspired by the Scandinavian tradition of slöjd and these classes introduce kids to the joy of making things by hand while building the confidence that comes from learning practical, DIY skills. Each session features a project that teaches specific techniques while giving children plenty of room to explore their own creativity, make choices, and discover their own solutions. It’s a thoughtful, hands‑on environment where kids learn useful skills and feel proud of what they create.
The wide variety of mediums teach dexterity using safe materials. Each project encourages craftsmanship, follow-through, and material exploration. Art projects are switched up monthly, so repeat students are welcome and encouraged!

For October, Ms. Chelsea has created a series of fun crafts to celebrate the month. Examples of two of those crafts include a light up ghost scene and a fun moonlit spiderweb wall or window hanging. Stay tuned for November & December projects!
