Weaving Basics Camp | 8-16yrs

This week of Summer Camp is all about learning to weave!

Does your child have an interest in fiber arts and learning to weave? This ancient craft connects all ages with its range of options, from simple to complex. In this week-long camp, kids will explore the art & craft of weaving on a variety of looms. Using the principles of STEAM while honing fine motor skills and problem-solving, kids & teens will:
-Learn about different fiber properties
-Make and use a variety of looms to weave on
-Design patterns and explore color palettes
-Explore their own styles
-And actively do math with hands-on creative weaving!
This camp is recommended for kids and teens, ages 8-16 years.
