Liberty Station Community Association is excited to welcome back guests safely to the property as more businesses onsite begin to open up in addition to our eateries starting to offer dining in as an option.
We care deeply about our community and want to continue to maintain a comfortable, safe environment for visitors as we have throughout this unprecedented time. The well-being of our guests as well as businesses and staff on the property is our top priority. That being said, we ask guests to follow San Diego County COVID-19 related guidelines when at Liberty Station, which include:
Wear facial coverings
Wash your hands often and avoid touching your face
Maintain a six-foot distance from non-household members
Return home if you have a cough or fever
Do not shake hands or engage in unnecessary physical contact
We continue to closely monitor guidance from the California Department of Health and City of San Diego as we move further into the re-opening phases. We are happy to answer any questions you may have and can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.

May 22, 2020 – Safe reopening, Stage 2
We’re are happy to share the state has approved San Diego County to move further into Stage 2 of the safe reopening plan, allowing in-person customers at restaurants and retail businesses, with modifications. Businesses will do so while following guidance as well as complete and post their safe reopening plans. March 26, 2020 – The San Diego Foundation:
We are pleased to share The San Diego Foundation’s recently launched San Diego COVID-19 Community Response Fund has received $6.2 million in donations thus far and continues to raise funds to address San Diegans’ growing needs amid the coronavirus outbreak.
The San Diego Foundation, located in Liberty Station, organizes philanthropic resources to advance quality of life, increase social impact, and champion civic engagement locally. Liberty Station is proud to be The San Diego Foundation’s home and support their community efforts to maximize the impact of charitable giving during this unprecedented time.
Hosted and administered by The San Diego Foundation, the Fund receives donations and makes emergency grants to nonprofit organizations supporting impacted communities. 100% of donations go towards these nonprofits and funds will be released on a rolling basis throughout the coronavirus outbreak as well as its recovery phases.

March 24, 2020 – Liberty Station Partners With San Diego Blood Bank:
We are pleased to share the San Diego Blood Bank in partnership with Liberty Station will be opening a temporary blood donor center in Liberty Station this week near PaneraBread. While hospitals have been asked to conserve blood, there are still people in our community who will need blood over the coming weeks.

Liberty Station Community Association cares deeply about our community and wants to maintain a safe, comfortable environment for visitors. The well-being of our guests as well as businesses and staff on the property is our top priority. We are closely monitoring guidance by the World Health Organization, California Department of Health, City of San Diego, and other public health organizations. We encourage the Liberty Station community to take proper health precautions where warranted which include social distancing, frequent hand-washing and taking any signs of illness seriously. Please seek medical attention as needed.
