Quieter Home Program

As Part of the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority the Quieter Home Program (Program) is designed to reduce aircraft noise in the homes of residents living in areas surrounding the San Diego International Airport. Under the Program, eligible homes are retrofitted with sound insulating treatments. Please stop by the Program Office and view the Program's new showroom, demonstrating the treatments provided in the Program. Office hours are Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
